Terms of Service

Please read these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") carefully before using the SingSpace website and associated services (the "Service"). By accessing, subscribing to, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is published and operated by Sam Media Latam S.A.C ("we", "us", or "our").

2. The service

SingSpace is a subscription karaoke service that gives you access to thousands of sing-along tracks and music videos with on-screen lyrics, plus duets, playlists and a practice mode with vocal scoring. The library spans general genres and categories such as Latin pop, regional Mexican, ballads, reggaeton, classic rock and more.

The Service is designed to be used on phones, tablets and PCs. The catalogue and features available may vary over time and by device, and we may add, change, or remove content from time to time.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

  • Have reached the minimum age required by the laws of Mexico (typically 18 years or older);
  • If you are below the legal age of majority, have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf;
  • Be the bill-payer for the mobile account used to subscribe, or have the permission of the bill-payer. The Service must only be used with the bill-payer's permission.

4. Subscription and carrier billing

The Service is a recurring subscription. In Mexico it is paid through Movistar (Telefónica) carrier billing: the subscription charge is applied directly to your Movistar mobile account. No credit card is required. Two plans are offered, a weekly prepaid plan and a monthly postpaid plan, and the applicable price is shown on the sign-up page. No free trial is offered.

The exact price and the renewal period (for example, the amount and how often you are charged) are shown clearly on the sign-up page before you confirm your subscription. By confirming, you authorise the recurring charge to your mobile account.

The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You will continue to be charged for each renewal period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. Standard network data and messaging fees charged by your mobile operator may also apply.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time in several ways: by managing your subscription to stop the renewal, by calling our customer-care hotline, or by sending an email to soporte@singspace-mx.com so our team can help you cancel. Once your subscription is cancelled you will not be charged for further renewal periods. Access generally continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service in any way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
  • Copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without authorisation;
  • Attempt to bypass any access control or content protection mechanism;
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code, or otherwise interfere with the Service;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems;
  • Use automated systems such as bots or scrapers to access the Service;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and all content, features, and functionality — including the tracks, lyric videos, software, text, graphics, images, and their selection and arrangement — are owned by us, our licensors, or other content providers, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to keep it available and working well, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with its date. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Mexico.
